 | The Alfiz Hotel is located in a XVII century colonial house in the Cartagena´s Historical Center. It´s situated between the city´s two oldest squares: The Plaza Bolivar and The Plaza de la Aduana. The Alfiz, one of the city´s cultural heritage buildings, underwent a process of restoration from the end of 2005 until mid- 2007 in order to be converted in to a boutique hotel, as a testimony to Cartagena´s history. Consequently the guest may find high-class colonial features in its interior, including the typical balconies of this era. The restoration and decorative design take in to account the most important periods of Cartagena´s history, from the Conquest to Independence, in order to provide a stylish getaway and encounter with Colombia`s most historic city. | | Each room is dedicated to the most important periods of Colombia’s history:

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. You can choose to enter your credit card details on a secure server or you can send them to us by fax.
The Hotel will reimburse:
- 100% of the deposit of the reservations cancelled with a month of anticipation of the arrival date.
- 50% of the deposit of the reservations cancelled between 29 and 8 days previous to the arrival.
- The Hotel will not reimburse any value to the reservations cancelled with less than 7 days prior to arrival.
Reimbursements: In case of Hotel’s reimbursement, the customer will assume the financial costs corresponding to this proceeding.
No Shows: In case of no show, we will charge a penalty, equivalent to the received deposit or the cost of one night lodging plus taxes.
Early Departures (in case of leaving earlier than the booked departure date): Penalty of 100% -- (1) one night plus taxes.
Late Check out (leaving later than 12:00 AM) Penalty of 100% -- (1) one night plus taxes. |
