Or Take one of the bus routes from the terminal bus station. The cost of the ticket is COP $1.500 / USD $1.00, which it must be paid directly to the driver when you get on. They go along Avenida Colombia (Colombia Ave.). You can ask any local in the bus (who are very friendly), to tell you where you must get off the bus.
As the airport is situated nearly 20 kilometers outside the city, a taxi from the airport will be expensive (around COP $60.000/ USD $ 33.00). The cheapest way to get to the Colombian Hostel is taking a shuttle bus right outside of the airport (with a ticket cost of COP $4,000 / USD $ 2.00) which will take to the terminal bus station locate in the city of Cali. From there you can follow the instructions below.
