Red Hostel is located one block from the main avenue, within walking distance from Montevideo´s cultural center where you´ll find trendy restaurants and shops as well as an active nightlife for all types. Moreover, you can easily walk or take a bus to the beach!
'Red Hostel' is a renovated historical house, with spacious rooms with private balconies looking on to the street. Our guests enjoy free internet , a lounge with t.v. and DVD access, tourist information, board games, library and 24 hour hot water. The building itself is flooded with light from each of three beautiful skylights, and for a view of the neighborhood from above, we offer a spacious terrace (more than 400 sq. m), where guests can take in a nap on a sunny day or a true Uruguayan asado (outdoor BBQ) with friends. Organize meals together or cook for yourself in our clean and fully equipped guest kitchen and dining area.
Rooms are available as mixed or single sex dorms as well as more private doubles.
